I am a person who takes personal ownership of whatever I am involved in. I have a strong mission of service and get satisfaction from a job well done and helping others succeed. I enjoy coaching and mentoring to help others achieve their goals. I like the challenge that working in small to medium-size business provides and enjoy wearing many hats throughout the day. My sweet spot is operations management but also have many years experience in traditional and digital marketing, human resources and sales management across multiple industries including property management, automotive, graphic arts, direct mail and publishing.
